The controller of the data collected through this website is Powergenius — Energia e Ambiente, Lda. (tax ID PT507845250) and its affiliated company Pinto Basto Energia, Lda. (tax ID PT503989002), with registered office at Praça da República, 3 — 1.º Esq., 2770-150 Paço de Arcos, Portugal, reachable at pwg@powergenius.pt. The two companies share the same management and process data jointly for the purposes described here.

We collect only the data you provide voluntarily and the minimum technical data required to operate the website:

We process your data to respond to the enquiries and requests you send us and to carry out the pre-contractual steps you ask for, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners and prospects and in taking steps prior to entering into a possible contract.

We process technical data to ensure the security, integrity and proper functioning of the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. To provide this service we rely on processors who handle data on our behalf, namely the contact-form delivery service (Web3Forms), the anti-spam protection service (hCaptcha) and our hosting and content-delivery providers.
